I had a terrible experience man. I call the lady and she put me on hold. I really liked the jingle Big Daddy's Pizza!!! Got me really hyped up and all you know. Then she asks me if I want delivery but my son Shawn threw up on the cat again so I say, "maam please put me on hold so I can clean up Shawn and Truffles but she just said hang up and call again. Man she wouldnt let me listen to the jingle again while I clean up Shawn!!! Then I call back to order my pizza and she says she deliver to college cause I have class so I give her my address and my phone digits but she says they don't deliver to California. Cmon man I mean Amazon delivers around the world why can't Big Daddy deliver to me!!!! Then she hung up on me before I could ask her about more locations and now Shawn and I have to get Little Caesars again and man Shawn tired of that shit now he gonna yell at me all day. Ugh

Got in on a late flight and at the suggestion of the desk clerk ordered Big Daddy's for delivery. Had a small Nasty Boy and a small order of wings. With the pizza, you get to pick two vegetables to add and I ordered jalapenos and onions. The first thing I noticed was there was not many of either on the pizza. On closer examination there wasn't much o any of the toppings, crust was done to just the right texture and sauce was a little sweet to me. Wings were good size, with good sauce and nicely priced. The pizza was not exceptional and should have been better for the price.

I'm going to give them three stars. Not for the quality of their pizza. That was pretty pedestrian. But the delivery was super fast and I was really hungry. I guess that they are open until 3:00 AM and that is another plus. As for the pizza? What can I say? I even like bad pizza. Not that this was terrible. It was just not something to tell your grandchildren about. Better than "meh"... but not great. A little bit too thick and maybe even a little undercooked. Good cheese quantity. A little skimpy on the pepperoni. Still. ... three stars it is.

I wish I could give zero stars to whatever manager I spoke too named Nick. I ordered delivery on a Sunday night, granted they were busy. I ordered wings and cheese bread and asked for extra bleu cheese, ranch and marinara sauce. I was charged extra for this, I responded that it was okay as long as it actually got here for the fact that I've stopped ordering from this bs pizza place due to lack of service. Asking to be called before arriving, which usually they knock and then to receive no sauce that I've paid for. Well the driver who was awesome called prior but no sauces. I called the office back which was some east side location. I complained, asked for a supervisor when they said it'd take another hour and a half to receive the sauces I played for. The manager after talking to me cut me off and hung up on me. I called back and he told me to go to hell. My friend tried to call back to be a calm voice of reason and was also hung up on. I have NEVER been so disrespected like this by a place of business whom I gave my money to ever. I understand busy, I understand understaffed what I don't understand is total lack of consideration to those who keep you in business.

This was my first time ordering pizza from big daddy's. I ordered a pizza and a 2 liter of soda. Upon delivery the driver realized he forgot my soda. I brushed it off and told him not to worry about it because it was just soda anyways. But he came back 10 mins later with my soda! They fix their mistakes in a good fashion and I recommend this joint to all in the salt lake valley

The Big Daddy's on 4th south and 7th east have been okay in the past But the last time we went there they gave us a Pizza that was awful, burned on the edges, doughy in the middle and the deliberately gave us one from the back and gave another guy one from the front. The pizza made us sick. It wasn't cooked properly. They have men working in there that look like ex-convicts and we heard an employee show up for work swearing at the other employees. The men working in there are creepy. We were regular customers but now we won't be back there anytime soon.

Ordered a large pizza around 9:30, and they said it would be 35 min. Ended up being over an hour to deliver. When I checked what I got, it was breadsticks. Breadsticks for $18? Hell no. Complained to delivery man about it and he said he'd come back, although I'm still waiting. This might be be a decent college hangout spot, and they have delivered on time before, but this last experience was atrocious.

Ordered delivery at 8:14pm, delivery guy showed up at 9:25pm, while I was on the phone with the gal at the store. When I told her he was here, she hung up on me, I ordered a specialty veggie pizza with no mushrooms. It's covered in them. No forks for the salad, no napkins. Crappy service all around. For such an expensive order and when I tipped like a rock star, I'm totally disappointed.

Sucks..... pizza always looks like a preschoolers paintings and they never seem to be able to deliver in a timely fashion. I often call order and find myself looking at my phone 90 mins after to see what time I called when they told me 40 min. I've had the same problem only once with The Pie and they offered me 15 bucks off of my next order. I have had this problem 4 out of 10 times with big shitty and have been offered nothing even when I've asked for a little kick back. The people who take the order over the phone are always rude and act like I'm ruining their life by calling. The drivers on the other hand are very nice (always late) but I guess they might just be looking for a tip. My house is very easy to find and my phone is always on. I guess this is the service you get when you order pizza geared for hours of the stoners and its probably only stoners that work there. Thanks but not thanks slackers keep your crappy pizza.

I'm from Ohio and I wouldn't say it was even close to the best pizza I ever had. I was staying at a airport hotel and they did charge a hefty delivery charge, considering it was only 7 miles away. It seemed like dominos was delivering and and would have been cheaper than a 21 dollar medium pizza.

Travis, an employee at this location, is a class act. My husband and I stopped by late on a Friday night and ordered a 14" pizza & some garlic bread. Travis hooked us up with a discount that knocked our total down a little over five bucks which was much appreciated. He then alerted me immediately when he noticed I had absentmindedly left my wallet at the counter. With service like that, I have to give 5 stars.

They dealt with my belligerence at 12:30. So I appreciate that. The food is pretty good, considering the time that Big Daddy's is open until it doesn't have a huge amount of competition. A guy followed me in here asking for a ride. I jogged home with the pizza. It was a very strange night caused by self induced brain damage.

an office mate recently suggested/recommended we order from this place. i'm not sure if it was because the pizza was piping hot when it arrived, or if it was just really good pizza, but i loved it. let me qualify this review with, i love most chain pizza joints including papa johns and domino's. this was kind of a step above those chains.

What a freaking joke. I have bought pizza many times in person, but never again after my delivery experiences with them. I ordered from them once last week, and once again tonight (delivery, that is). Last week they showed up with a pizza that was burnt on the top and the bottom. I also ordered some wings with bleu cheese. The wings showed up, they were half-a**ed, no bleu cheese (wings tasted frozen). I was not happy about the pizza that was literally black all the way across the top. I called back and they said they would credit me. They never did. Tonight I was desperate and called for a pizza and wings again. (Yes, my bad on the wings, but I really need protein right now). They showed up with the wings and nothing else. No pizza. It's like he didn't even hear me, even though he repeated my order back to me. I refused to sign and sent it back. When I called, the guy was totally belligerent and said, "We no more deliver to you." Fine. Guess what? I no more order from you. I have been there so many times in person to pick up pizza, buying 10 pizzas at a time for my children's birthdays. Never again. I see how valuable my business is. It's not. Good luck. You will be out of business in no time at all.

Ordered a pizza an hour ago showed up wrong the guy running the phone barely speaks English and Canadian bacon or ham is confused with breakfast bacon. Call them back tells me he wants the pizza back and it will be close to 2 hours before they can bring the correct one... Ordered at 10:30 and will be eating at almost 1:30am and I get to drive back to Montana in the morning. I drive down semi frequently to be seen at the VA hospital here and will never ever order from them again. There website does not offer a way to contact their owner or corporate location.

horrible. they forgot my garlic cheesy bread and got the toppings on my pizza wrong. when i told them about this i was met with attitude by two different people i talked to, and they wouldn't try to make things right and didn't seem to care when they knew they lost a customer. and to top that off, my boyfriend and i each found a hair on our pizza. TWO HAIRS! gross. and for the price i could have bought two pizzas from pizza hut. this place needs to go out of business.

I only order from here when everything else is closed. A couple of times I have specifically asked for ranch sauce and they have failed to put it with my order. This time I asked the guy if all the sauces were there and he said "yeah I hooked it up" but the sauces weren't there. I even tipped the guy close to $15! The product is a bit salty too. I think they feel like they can do whatever they want considering they are the only pizza delivery late at night.

Ah yes the 1:00 a.m. I'm intoxicated please feed me, let's order pizza paradigm. In an attempt to not go the usual pizza hut/dominoes route, Big Daddy's was logically the next choice. I'll sum up my few and far between experiences with this pizza as "good enough". Definitely not the first choice, but pizza is pizza and Big Daddy's never left me completely disenchanted. On all occasions I've ordered here, I've personally never struggled with the service/delivery. It came when they said it would, the order was right and it wasn't too expensive to do so. It's pizza you can get till 3 a.m. so what do you really expect?

Once apon a time, big daddy's brought me much joy. Midnight munchies marathon if you will. They guy who delivered my pizza last night was such a dick. I tipped him only because I assume he will need a new job soon. He was rude on the phone and condescending in person. I do not envy the job of the delivery man, I'm sure they get no respect but why should I be subject to your personal unhappiness? It made my pizza taste bad. I gave a 2nd star because they have delisiously overpriced jalapeño poppers which rock.

Food was marginal, there are better pizza delivery here in UT. I placed my order online for their downtown store at 1 pm which quoted me 45 minutes- after an hour I called in and the woman on the phone was dismissive and just told me they didn't get the order until 1:35 and that it would be 45 minutes. Even from the time they "received" the order it was still over an hour to get it. The only reason they are still in business is because of the late night delivery. I would not recommend to any friend as the service was horrible and the food was not worth it.

Ever since big daddy started doing inexpensive pizza their quality dropped too. Not enough cheese or sauce. They used to be pretty good. You get what you pay for.

If I could give this location a 0 I would... Worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I asked for an 18" Pizza which qualified for delivery... And they said they couldn't deliver due to the order being too low. The man that I spoke to was very rude. After asking what I had to order to get a delivered pizza, he continued to say that the order was too low. After this experience, I will never order from big daddies again.

Big Daddy's is a gamble. Some days you'll come in and get great service, e.g quick and attentive service, good pizza. But some days you will be waiting awhile and I'm not talking about delivery, I'm talking about walking into the place and standing at the counter for 15+ minutes to be noticed. I've even met the manager before and it's clear he doesn't care when you are dissatisfied with the food, service, or experience. You get what you pay for I suppose.
